We offer a comprehensive ecosystem for career success: Career Counseling for strategy, Career Development Plans with AI diagnostics, Personal Mentoring for long-term support, and Mock Interviews (both HR screening and Technical) with industry experts.
Our AI analyzes your CV and career goals against current German market standards. This data is then finalized during a 1:1 session with a licensed coach to create a concrete roadmap to your first job offer.
Our network consists of licensed career coaches and industry professionals with years of experience in German and EU-based tech companies. They provide real-world insights that you won't find in a standard job description.
While our technical mock interviews are currently focused on IT roles (Backend, Frontend, etc.), our Career Counseling and HR Screening services are designed for all newcomers and career changers entering the German market.
To prepare you for the real German job market, sessions (especially Recruiting Screenings) can be conducted in English or German, depending on your target roles and preference.
Currently, TechIn is in its beta phase. All services are provided free of charge for early users who join our waiting list.
