Daria is a Talent Guide and Systemic Coach based in Berlin, with 10+ years partnering with tech companies, founders and individual contributors on what actually moves careers and organizations forward.

Her work bridges Ukrainian-based tech talent and German employers. She has built hiring pipelines from scratch, coached founders through scale-up decisions, and guided senior ICs through role transitions. She speaks English, German, Ukrainian and Russian.

She is ANSE-certified in systemic coaching and an active member of the Ukrainian Supervision & Coaching Association (USSC). Her approach combines strategic clarity with the psychological side of career change — because one without the other rarely sticks.
