Terms of Use
This TechIn Academy Clause is a part of the Terms of Use, which constitute a public agreement between the User (hereinafter – "User", "You") and Visarsoft GmbH (hereinafter – "Company", "We") and governs your use of services provided via the TechIn Academy platform at techin-academy.de.
1. Services Provided
Through the TechIn Academy platform, the Company provides access to the following services:
- Career Counseling
- Career Development Plan
- Personal Career Mentoring
- Recruiting Screening
- Tech Interview
The availability of specific services and the applicable conditions (free or paid) are clearly indicated on the platform before booking.
2. Payment and Cancellation Policy
TechIn is currently in its beta phase. During this period, all services are provided free of charge to early users who join our waiting list. Free access is available until 31.03.2026 or for as long as company capacity allows. The Company reserves the right to limit, modify, or discontinue free access at any time.
No payment is required at the time of booking during the beta phase.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked interview, please notify us at techin@visarsoft.de at least 24 hours before the scheduled session so that the slot can be offered to another candidate.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in the loss of the reserved slot. In such cases, please contact us directly, and we will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable solution where possible.
3. User Rights and Responsibilities
User Rights:
- Access to services as described on the Site
- Transparent information on pricing and terms before booking
- Right to personal data protection (see our Privacy Policy)
- Support and the ability to provide feedback
User Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and interviews
- Act respectfully and professionally during interactions
- Read and comply with all applicable policies, terms, and service instructions
- Protect login credentials from unauthorized access
- Not to copy, modify, distribute or exploit content for commercial use without written consent
By booking and/or participating in a mock interview or any service, you consent to the processing of your personal data necessary for service delivery. You will also be informed in advance if your session is recorded for internal or marketing purposes, and consent is required for such use.
4. Company Rights and Responsibilities
Company Rights:
- Determine duration, availability, and pricing of services
- Modify or terminate access to services at any time with notice
- Record mock interviews (with prior user notification and consent)
- Use anonymized or consented feedback for service improvement or marketing
Company Responsibilities:
- Treat all users fairly and professionally
- Provide accurate and timely support
- Adhere to privacy, security, and data protection obligations
- Clearly inform users of any costs or terms before booking
5. Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee any specific job outcome or success as a result of using the platform or participating in mock interviews or related services. All services are intended for training, development, and informational purposes only. Participation is voluntary and at the user's own discretion.
