Yaroslav is an IT Soft Skills Trainer and Instructional Designer based in Bonn, with 8+ years across IT, Operations, Management and Learning & Development.
He worked as a CS agent, Team Lead and Senior Corporate Trainer (Plarium, Namecheap), leading teams of 6–20 and coordinating trainers, QA specialists and team leads. He helped to build a Customer Support division from scratch.
His style is gamified and experiential: 200+ IT workshops (5–25 people), 50+ networking events (10–50 people). He speaks English and Ukrainian, and believes the fastest way to learn a soft skill is to practise it under mild pressure, not listen to a lecture about it.

Real feedback from the kind of conversations we’re bringing to this landing.
“Before the session I “knew” my slides were fine. Halfway through I was rewriting the first 3. That’s how you know you need a coach, not YouTube.”
“We ran a real stakeholder scenario. He stopped me twice, reframed it, and now I use that pattern every 1:1. That’s worth its weight.”
“It was practice, not a lecture. I walked out tired in the good way — the way you’re tired after actually training something.”
